A Season of Gratitude

As we gather around our tables this Thanksgiving season, our hearts are full of gratitude—for the people, partnerships, and purpose that make White County such a special place to call home.

At your Community Foundation of White County, we are especially thankful for the incredible generosity of our donors who helped us reach a remarkable milestone this year: together, we raised $375,000 in unrestricted gifts, unlocking a $750,000 match and creating a total of $1.125 million in new resources to uplift our community through grantmaking. This achievement reflects not only generosity, but also deep trust in the Foundation’s role to strengthen and transform White County for generations to come.

Every gift, large or small, helped build this extraordinary success. These unrestricted funds allow the Foundation to respond to emerging needs, invest in opportunities, and support the people and programs making a difference every day. From youth development and education to mental wellness, veteran support, the arts, and community improvement projects, your generosity will touch every corner of White County in meaningful ways.

We are equally grateful for our community partners, whose boots-on-the-ground efforts turn generosity into action. From nonprofits and schools to civic groups and service organizations, these partners are the heart of our mission—meeting needs, uplifting neighbors, and building hope.
