Community Conversations- POSTPONED


Your Community Foundation of White County is excited to announce a unique opportunity for YOU to help impact the future of our community! Thanks in part to a generous grant from Lilly Endowment Inc., CFWC is hosting a series of Community Conversations facilitated by Frank and Kimberlee Spillers, from Rural Community Solutions based in Iowa. We will host both group and individual conversations, and we hope you will join us!! Your perspectives and comments will be compiled (anonymously) into an extensive document that can help all of us -- units of government, our schools, businesses, nonprofits, and individuals -- envision, create, and continue to build the communities we love both, now and in the future.

Sessions have been scheduled throughout the county. You are welcome to participate at any of the locations.

Monday, March 30 -- BROOKSTON (location to be

confirmed)

Tuesday, March 31 -- MONON

10-4:30 Monon Library / individual conversations

6-8 pm Whistle Stop / group conversation

Wednesday, April 1 -- WOLCOTT

9-2:30 (location to be confirmed) / individuals

3-5 pm Roots Restaurant / group conversation

Thursday, April 2 -- MONTICELLO

9-3 Monticello-Union Township Public Library /

individuals

4-6 pm -- Sublette's Restaurant / group conversation

6-8 pm -- Sublette's Restaurant / group conversation

Individual conversations are approximately 90 minutes; group conversations are closer to 2 hours.

Please help us spread the word! EVERY voice matters!! In order to compose an accurate picture of White County, we need voices from EVERY segment of our community.
