Over $74,000 Awarded to Strengthen White County

The Community Foundation of White County is thrilled to announce the recipients of

our fall grant cycles. This includes awards for the Fall Community Cares Grants and our first-ever Mental Wellness Grants. Mental Wellness Grants were made available this year after four years of gathering qualitative and quantitative data from our community. Through these grants and other community initiatives, we aim to strengthen the mental wellness of our community.

These awards are made possible through unrestricted donations to the Community

Foundation of White County. Unrestricted donations allow its governing council to respond to ever-emerging needs in the community, providing flexibility for the future.

Fall Community Cares Grants:

North White School Corporation to purchase three AED defibrillators

North White School Corporation to support Rooted in Reading project

White County Council on Aging to help purchase a new van for their public transportation

program
