Ruth Davis presents MUTPL with $1,000

Governing Council Member Ruth Davis is socially distanced and smiling as she surprises Tina Emerick with $1,000 from the Community Foundation of White County. Ruth selected the Monticello Union-Township Public Library as the recipient for her Governing Council Mini-Grant.
